Our new infographic is now available in 24 languages!
To encourage confidence within the community, an infographic with information on the COVID-19 vaccine was circulated and paired with a community engagement survey to receive feedback on whether it is an effective tool, how we can improve it to support decision-making on the vaccine, advice on cultural safety, and if the information is being presented accurately. Hundreds of responses helped us curate a decision aid appropriate for many Canadian communities in over 20 languages.
The information presented in these infographics was based on the national and international published scientific literature and medical guidelines available to March 31, 2023 – a list of references used is available here. All translations were done and checked by a professional translation agency. The Confidence Project cannot purport that any infographics available here represent the informational needs, values, culture, language nuances, or sufficient consultation of any particular community, especially Indigenous communities in the Cree, Inuktitut, and Ojibwe languages.
